How do I use Milk + Mist?

Biotic Milk is a lightweight milky essence, and Glow Mist is a hydrating mist. Follow each product’s label directions for application order and frequency. Introduce one new product at a time.

Can I layer them with retinol, vitamin C, or exfoliating acids?

Our ingredient lists alone do not establish compatibility with every retinol, vitamin C, AHA, or BHA formula. Follow the directions for your active product and avoid introducing several new products at once. If you need a routine recommendation, email us with the names of the products you use.

What if I notice new breakouts or irritation?

Do not assume new breakouts are purging or something you need to push through. We have not verified a purging period for these products. Stop using the new product if you notice irritation or worsening breakouts, and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if symptoms persist or concern you.

Should I patch test?

Test a small amount on a small area before broader use, following the product’s directions. Stop if irritation occurs. A patch test does not guarantee that a product will suit your skin with continued use.

Are these suitable for fungal-acne-prone skin or eczema?

We do not claim that these products treat eczema or fungal acne, or that they are suitable for everyone managing these conditions. Both formulas contain ferments and botanical ingredients; Biotic Milk also contains ingredients such as Ceramide NP, niacinamide, and panthenol. Review the full ingredient list on the product page with your dermatologist before use if you have a diagnosed skin condition or known sensitivities.

When will my order arrive? Do you ship internationally?
